Tillster, a global provider of unified restaurant commerce solutions, has appointed Christopher Sebes as the company’s strategic advisor. Sebes, recognized with the 2025 MURTEC Lifetime Achievement Award, brings four decades of experience in restaurant technology leadership to Tillster, with a focus on accelerating the company’s growth.

Sebes’ career includes co-founding Twenty20 Visual Systems, the first Microsoft Windows restaurant POS and founding Xpient Solutions, later acquired by Heartland Payment Systems. He also served as President of Xenial, where he led the development of a cloud-based restaurant management platform.

«Tillster has built one of the restaurant industry’s most impressive unified commerce platforms — processing hundreds of millions of orders while staying obsessively guest-centric,» Sebes said in the release. «I’m excited to lend my experience to Perse and her team as they elevate that foundation, extend its reach and unlock the next stage of growth for both Tillster and the brands it serves.»

Sebes’ appointment comes as Tillster experiences significant momentum, driven by the increasing importance of digital ordering and unified customer journeys in the restaurant industry.
