Zebra Technologies Corp. presented its latest intelligent automation solutions for manufacturing and warehouse operations at Automate 2025.
The showcased technologies aim to enhance data utilization, improve efficiency and boost frontline worker productivity, according to a press release
«Visibility is the first step to transformation, and the adoption of AI and intelligent automation enables manufacturers and warehouse leaders to leverage data more effectively to identify, react, and prioritize problems and projects, delivering new efficiencies for maximum impact,» Andy Zosel, senior vice president and general manager, intelligent automation, Zebra Technologies, said in the release.
Key highlights included the Aurora VGR Assistant, a software add-on designed to simplify the integration of vision-guided robotics tasks for applications like machine tending and packaging. Zebra also introduced Symmetry Fulfillment, an AMR-assisted picking solution that combines warehouse execution, robot fleet management and analytics to potentially reduce the number of AMRs needed by up to 30%. Additionally, Zebra featured the AltiZ 4200 3D profile sensor for high-resolution inspection in manufacturing and demonstrated an RFID solution for tracking orders throughout the warehouse.
