LG Electronics USA is debuting a line of high-brightness displays featuring anti-discoloration technology verified by UL Solutions.
The technology can help prevent screen yellowing for outdoor displays that deal with prolonged sunlight exposure, according to a press release. The technology simultaneously safeguards display quality and performance stability.
LG is the first to achieve UL verification for digital signage display anti-discoloration characteristic technology.

The LG XE3P Series, available in 49-, 55- and 86-inch screen sizes, feature a native resolution of 1,920 by 1,080 (FHD) and brightness of up to 3,500 nits.
The XE3P operates within a wide range of temperatures and features an IP56-rated sealed design protecting against both water and dust.
A feature of the XE3P is a comprehensive suite of smart capabilities, including Wi-Fi, a range of sensors, such as a vandalism alert function, and a self-leveler tool.
