CERĒS Robo Coffee Shop, a smart kiosk utilizing artificial intelligence to prepare specialty coffee beverages, has been introduced as a potential evolution of traditional vending machines, according to an International Communicaffe report. Designed for locations such as universities, offices and hospitals, the kiosk offers more than 50 customizable drinks with options for sweetness, milk type and flavors.
The CERĒS Robo Coffee Shop was recognized at the World of Coffee in Dubai, winning a Best New Product 2025 award. It emphasizes sustainability through its materials and sourcing of specialty coffee beans and ingredients. The kiosk uses the Eversys Cameo system for precise and consistent preparation.
Notably, the CERĒS Robo Coffee Shop requires minimal installation space and does not need water or drainage connections. It also features active UV sterilization and air disinfection for hygiene and holds CE and UL certifications. The developers aim to provide a 24/7 accessible coffee experience comparable to that of a barista-prepared drink.
