Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop to implement Samsung kiosks, digital menus

Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop, a sandwich chain with over 60 locations, will implement Samsung kiosks and digital menu boards, powered by GRUBBRR, to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, according to a press release. The technology, including Samsung’s Visual eXperience Transformation content management system, will allow for remote content deployment and real-time menu updates.

The kiosks, integrated with GRUBBRR’s self-ordering software and Mr. Pickle’s PAR point-of-sale system, aim to reduce wait times and increase average ticket sizes through upselling features. The digital menu boards will provide dynamic menu displays and real-time pricing updates. The system will also allow for data collection on customer order patterns to optimize menu design.

Future plans include the launch of a GRUBBRR Retail Media Network for advertising revenue.
