Samsung and GRUBBRR have launched the «GRUBBRR Guarantee,» offering a return on investment guarantee for businesses that adopt their self-ordering kiosk technology, according to a company press release. Businesses that sign up for GRUBBRR’s services by May 1, 2025, and meet specified criteria, will have their monthly Software-as-a-Service fees waived if the Samsung Kiosk powered by GRUBBRR fails to generate an ROI in that month, after the first three months of service.
Participating clients must provide weekly Point-of-Sale data and implement GRUBBRR’s operational playbook.
«Our Guarantee spotlights our confidence in our software as well as our commitment to delivering real results for clients,» Sam Zietz, CEO of GRUBBRR, said in the release.
The initiative aims to reduce risk for businesses adopting the technology and bolster confidence in its ability to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
