New Orleans’ Caesars Superdome, host of Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9th, will deploy 12 Grubbrr self-ordering kiosks at its Parish Pizza & Provisions location in Section 115, according to a Chain Store Age report. The Samsung-powered kiosks will allow attendees to order and pay for concessions, including Little Caesars pizza, and retrieve their orders from nearby lockers.
This system enables simultaneous browsing and ordering from multiple stadium menus, consolidating pickup at a single point. Grubbrr reports that its kiosks typically increase average transaction size by 40-50%.
«At Caesars Superdome, our goal for the Big Game is to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans while ensuring fast and accurate transactions with seamless execution,» Aaron Shores, IT manager/system administrator for Sodexo Live at Caesars Superdome, told the news outlet.
«We want our fans to spend less time away from the game, and Grubbrr’s tech on the Samsung all-in-one kiosk does just that. Fans have lauded this cutting-edge technology for its remarkable speed, efficiency and user-friendly interface, all designed to enhance their overall experience on game day.»
