Naxicap, a private equity firm has acquired VuWall, a video wall control and visualization solutions provider. With this acquisition, Naxicap aims to transform the control room industry, according to a press release.
The firm previously acquired Guntermann & Drunck in 2020 and Tritec Electronic in 2022 and will integrate VuWall’s software with G&D and Tritec’s hardware to provide interoperable control rooms solutions. Thorsten Lipp, CEO of G&D will serve as CEO of VuWall as well.
