Latin American video contact center startup Videsk expands to U.S. market

Chilean startup Videsk, specializing in cloud-based video contact centers, is expanding its reach into the US market, according to a press release.

Videsk’s technology enables businesses to connect with customers through real-time video calls directly on their websites, apps, kiosks and IoT devices. The platform emphasizes a human-centric approach, prioritizing face-to-face interactions while integrating AI for enhanced data collection and streamlined sales processes.

To support its US expansion, Videsk has leveraged programs such as The Roux Institute at Northeastern University and Imagine Global. These initiatives have provided resources, industry connections and access to key markets.
