Subway has unveiled its first restaurant in the EMEA region to feature self-order kiosks and an anamorphic screen, according to a QSR Media Asia report. The relaunched store, located in The Dubai Mall, showcases the brand’s Fresh Forward 2.0 concept, designed to enhance the customer experience.
The self-order kiosks allow customers to personalize their orders, while the 3D anamorphic screen adds a visually striking element to the store.
KOJ, the franchisee behind the relaunch, has been rapidly expanding Subway’s presence in the UAE since acquiring the franchise in late 2021. The company now operates over 140 Subway stores nationwide.
