Circle K, a gas and convenience store chain in Norway, will upgrade to digital menu boards, provided by Visual Art, at all its 86 stations, according to a company press release.
Each station features an average of eight screens. Visual Art is supplying the hardware, digital signage software and content. After a year of pilot projects with digital menu boards at six stations around Norway, in April Circle K decided to begin digitizing its stations.
«It feels incredible to be able to do this rollout for Circle K in Norway. We already work close to Circle K in several markets in Europe, and being able to provide support to Norway is an honor for us,» Pontus Meijer, CRO at Visual Art, said in the release.
The digital signage software powering the screens is the Signage Player that Visual Art can display relevant content, as well as remotely control and manage the content centrally, regardless of where the station is located.
«About 700 screens will be installed and maintained over time. Through remote control, we can guarantee that everything works, but also that the content can always be kept up to date and relevant at all stations,» Meijer added.
