South Dakota and Texas law enforcement agencies are adding alcohol monitoring kiosks from Precision Kiosk Technologies, according to a press release.
The counties of Roberts, Moody and Davison are joining seven other counties in the state that use the AB Kiosk system to autonomously conduct court-mandated alcohol screening for their sobriety clients.
In addition, the San Patricio Community Supervision and Corrections in Corpus Christi, Texas, will add two more AB Kiosk systems to its probation check-in program for low-risk clients.
The system automates the entire probation check-in process for SPCSC, including appointment coordination, identity verification, video recordings and record keeping.
