Posiflex Technology Inc., a manufacturer of POS kiosks, computers and accessories and peripherals for self-service transactions, will launch several products based on Intel Elkhart Lake processors in Q2 2022, according to a press release.
The Elkhart Lake processor with a maximum burst frequency of 3.0 GHz and up to 50% improved CPU performance supports DDR4 memory up to 32 GB and offers the possibility to enable TPM 2.0 via BIOS. It also has up to twice the graphics performance over the previous generation. The product line includes:
- The RT-2015-G2 and RT-2016-G2 POS terminals feature an ultra-slim and flat design and are equipped with a PCAP touchscreen of 15 and 15.6 inches, respectively. The rear cover can be easily removed without tools.
- The XT-3815-G2, XT-3915-G2 and XT-3915IR-G2 feature fan-free operation and the patented multi-adjustable stand mean the device operates quietly and efficiently in any harsh environment, while the screen can be adjusted to different angles for customer interaction.
- The PS-3500 G2 and PS-3600-G2 series fanless touch POS terminals come equipped with an adjustable base and a full set of connectors on the top of the terminal to offer accessible connection options and reliable peripheral cabling.
- The HS-3500-G2 series features screen sizes of 10, 12 or 14 inches, and has an integrated thermal printer and the modular design can integrate peripherals such as MSR, 2D scanner, fingerprint sensor, RFID reader and more.
- The TX-2300-G2 series multipurpose controller offers a wide range of I/O connectivity options, including two HDMI ports for connecting POS peripherals, and can be used as a full POS box, kitchen display system, digital signage controller or for other industrial application.
