AbbaDox AI has launched an AI-powered platform for imaging centers.
The system is designed to automate key administrative tasks and improve the patient experience, as demonstrated in a recent pilot program, according to a press release
The pilot showed the platform can significantly boost efficiency. For instance, its «Fax AI» feature reduced data-entry time by 67% by extracting patient information from faxes with 96% accuracy. The platform also includes a «voice AI» tool that achieved an 86% confirmation rate on patient reminder calls and a seamless kiosk system for quick, paperless patient check-ins.
The integrated system processed over 10,000 reports, leading to the scheduling of more than 500 additional exams. The company noted this yielded a 359% return on investment.
