Samsung and Vu showcased integrated virtual production offerings at the NAB Show this week in Vegas.
«Virtual production is transforming how broadcasters and content creators tell stories,» Sara Grofcsik, head of sales, Samsung Electronics America, said in a press release. The two partners offered a look at how Samsung LED displays, integrated with Vu Technologies’ software, can help creators interact with and adapt digital elements live on set.
«This not only reduces the cost of on-location shoots and post-production, but also enhances on-set performance and collaboration. The creative possibilities are endless,» Grofcsik said.
Samsung’s visual displays feature the high-performance IVC Series Direct View LED for virtual production, with the Vū Studio software and full line of turnkey production solutions, Vu One and Vu One Mini, designed to push the boundaries of digital storytelling.
«At Vu Technologies, we’re excited to bring a more simplified workflow to the broadcast community, and there’s no better place to showcase this innovation than at NAB Show 2025,» Tim Moore, CEO, Vu Technologies, said in the release. «Through our partnership with Samsung, we’re making it easier than ever for storytellers to focus on what truly matters — bringing their vision to life with efficiency and innovation.»
