Jamba launches ‘Hello Sunshine’ prototype to enhance customer experience, franchise growth

GoTo Foods brand Jamba has unveiled its «Hello Sunshine» prototype, featuring a redesigned store layout and enhanced customer experience, according to a press release. The design aims to reflect the brand’s vibrant identity through consistent branding, streamlined ordering processes and strategic store layouts.

Key features of the prototype include self-order kiosks, digital marketing screens, dedicated digital order pickup zones and strategically placed «pause points» to encourage product engagement. The design standardizes store formats, from in-line to drive-thru models, and includes scalable exterior signage for increased visibility. Jamba will continue to showcase its fresh ingredient preparation in front of customers.

«Our valued franchisees are the cornerstone of Jamba’s enduring success,» Nathan Louer, chief brand officer of Jamba, said in the release. The company is also offering limited-time incentives for new franchise agreements signed by December 15, 2025, to support franchise growth.
