Ubiqconn Technology, which provides rugged mobile computing solutions, has acquired E3 Displays, a provider of high-performance displays solutions based in Phoenix, Arizona.
The acquisition will strengthen Ubiqconn’s North American’ presence and expand its display solutions portfolio, according to a press release.
Under the agreement, E3 Displays will continue to operate independently as the primary entity, maintaining current operations, brand identity and customer relationships.
«This acquisition marks a major milestone in our growth strategy,» Tim Tsai, CEO of Ubiqconn Technology (USA) Inc., said in the release. «E3 Displays’ expertise in rugged and high-performance displays perfectly complements our portfolio, allowing us to provide more comprehensive solutions to our customers. Together, we are well-positioned to drive innovation and expand into new markets.»
E3 Displays is known for its optical bonding processes, durability-focused display solutions and extensive certifications for military, avionics, and medical applications.
