Patrick Dolan named COO at Out of Home Advertising Association of America

The Out of Home Advertising Association of America , a trade association for the U.S. out of home advertising industry, has named Patrick Dolan as chief operating officer.

Dolan will lead operations and finances, focusing on driving operational excellence, optimizing processes and fostering innovation and report to OAAA President and CEO Anna Bager, according to a news release.

Dolan played a key role in advancing growth and innovation across global organizations. As president and COO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, he increased revenue from $7 million to over $40 million.

«We are excited to welcome Patrick as our new Chief Operating Officer,» Bager said in the release. «His proven track record in driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation across both global organizations and trade associations makes him uniquely positioned to lead OAAA. His leadership will be crucial in advancing the out of home advertising industry and enhancing our broader impact on the advertising ecosystem.»

Dolan founded or co-founded global initiatives such as the IAB Data Council, the Mobile Center of Excellence, the IAB Tech Lab, and the Podcast Upfronts.

Most recently, Dolan served as COO and co-founder of FxM, where he led fintech solutions to streamline media operations and reduce advertising financing costs.

«I’m thrilled to join OAAA at such a pivotal time for the OOH industry,» Dolan said in the release. «My focus will be on driving operational growth and innovation to ensure OAAA remains at the forefront of advancing OOH’s role. Additionally, I’m excited to be involved in the out-of-home industry during this period of rapid innovation and change.»

The OAAA represents over 850 members.
