NCR Voyix, a digital commerce solutions provider, has named James Kelly as its next CEO and president, effective immediately, according to a Fintech Futures report. Kelly succeeds David Wilkinson, who is stepping down after 14 years with NCR.
Wilkinson led the company through its separation from NCR Corporation into two businesses last year. Kelly previously served as CEO of EVO Payments and joined NCR Voyix’s board as executive chair following the spin-off.
«With the divestitures and restructuring efforts largely behind us, our focus shifts to the growth of our business as a product-led software and services company,» Kelly told the news outlet.
