The PPDS Wave, a remote device management ecosystem, has been rebranded as Philips Wave.
The Philips Wave branding marks the latest evolution of features, functionality and opportunity available through PPDS’ scalable and secure, ISO 27001 certified, API-first cloud ecosystem, for remote management on Philips Professional Display fleets, according to a press release.
The brand refresh comes two years since Wave — developed in-house by the PPDS team — debuted at ISE 2022.
«Philips Wave is much more than just a rebrand. We are aligning the platform with our Philips Professional Displays, providing greater brand association and recognition of the quality and confidence that has been synonymous with the Philips brand since 1891. The foundations have been set, and Philips Wave is ready to surge,» Martijn van der Woude, VP global marketing and business development at PPDS, said in the release.
Over the past two years, the development team, led by Siddarth Gopal, global director of software solutions, has continuously updated and enhanced the Wave ecosystem, implemented to meet the changing needs of the market, including retail, corporate, education and more.

The platform has achieved the globally recognized ISO 27001 certification.
