Stop & Shop, a New England regional grocery retailer, is bridging the digital divide for customers by introducing Savings Station kiosks across its 350+ stores, according to a CSA report.
The kiosks allow shoppers to access digital coupons and personalized offers, even without a smartphone or internet connection.
«This rollout marks another change we’re making to remove friction and improve the shopping experience for our customers,» Roger Wheeler, president of Stop & Shop, told the news outlet. «We heard from customers who felt they were missing out on valuable digital coupon savings, and the Savings Station is our response to that feedback.»
The kiosks, which will be fully rolled out by January 2025, enable customers to load digital coupons, activate personalized offers and even access recipe information and fun activities for kids.
