Tencent Cloud and streaming media service provider BeLive Technology have expanded their partnership to integrate digital human solutions, leveraging the power of self-service technology to enhance livestreaming experiences, according to a press release.
The collaboration will enable BeLive’s clients to utilize AI-powered virtual personalities across various applications, including short video creation, livestream commerce and customer service.
«We are pleased to boost our partnership with BeLive Technology by providing robust digital human solutions that aim to further enhance the value of their services to clients,» Kenneth Siow, regional director for Southeast Asia and general manager for Singapore & Malaysia at Tencent Cloud International, said in the release.
By utilizing Tencent Cloud’s digital humans, BeLive aims to streamline content production, improve customer engagement during livestreams and enhance the overall user experience through more personalized and interactive self-service options.
Key applications of the partnership include:
- Self-service video creation: Digital humans can act as on-demand talent for creating short videos, reducing reliance on human influencers and significantly lowering production costs.
- 24/7 self-service customer support: During and after livestreams, AI-powered chatbots integrated with digital humans can address customer inquiries, providing round-the-clock support and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Enhanced customer service through self-service kiosks: Digital human concierges can be integrated into interactive kiosks, providing real-time assistance to customers, answering questions and guiding them through various services, all with a human-like touch.
