Danone UK & Ireland has selected U.K.-based digital signage software, Embed Signage, to help deliver on its employee communication and digital engagement strategy with a line of displays, according to a company press release.
Since starting with Embed Signage at the U.K. headquarters in Trowbridge, the roll out has progressed to several other Danone UK & Ireland locations with still more planned to deploy the solution.
Embed Signage was selected as the digital signage platform for Danone as it offered a selection of features, variety of hardware support as well as providing customer service and support.
«Interface is by far the best one we trialed,» Luke O’Connell, head of data and technology at Danone, said in the release. «It takes the complexity out of digital signage with a variety of features and hardware options… (and) the support team is very responsive.»
Danone is using Embed Signage to deliver internal communication to its workforce via digital signage located throughout office buildings and factory facilities including desk spaces, canteens, coffee docks, reception areas, walkways, common areas and production areas.
«It’s been so easy to learn and manage ourselves. We’ve been able to run screens across a variety of hardware and bring real-time information to our staff dispersed across geographical locations,» Luke O’Connell, head of data and technology at Danone, said in the release.
Danone is working with Embed Signage for other territories to provide several demos to additional company teams in other countries. Embed Signage is compatible with several device platforms including BrightSign, Samsung Smart Signage Platform, LG WebOS for Signage, ChromeOS, Windows, ONELAN, macOS, iOS and Android.
